Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
By booking an appointment with Y.L.E. Beauty Studio, you acknowledge and agree to all booking policies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 30% of the scheduled service total.
No-Call/No-Shows: Clients who fail to cancel their appointment and do not arrive will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the 50% no-show fee.
